Peace. 10 ways.

In order to have peace, we must first know what peace is. So many people already have peace but they don’t realize it because they are confused by society’s standards of peace’s definition. Then some think they have peace but they really do not because they have allowed negative energy to take hold of their spirit which cause them to drama filled people. Some want peace but don’t know what it is to them. In order to have peace, we must first know what peace is. Peace is whatever you decide that peace is for you. Each and every one of us are on our individual Journey to Peace. Along our journey, we will endure lots of trials and tribulations through both ugly and beautiful moments in an effort to get to our peace. Don’t worry, it is all just life experience. We will not die from feeling, we will feel even more alive and awakened. These experiences will be the best hurt you have ever felt because just in the other side is the greatest pleasure you’ve ever felt. Think of something feeling good long term and not just for a short while. When you have peace, things feel good forever unless they were never meant for you. Once you embark on your Journey to Peace, your life will never be the same.

How to have Peace through the path of forgiveness, pain, healing, patience, love, and understanding:

1. Free yourself by forgiving everyone that ever hurt you and forgive yourself for allowing them to.

2. Learn to let go of things that were never meant for you.

3. Live in your personal truth and not for anyone else. Be true to yourself. Value the original and unique you that you are.

4. Take care of your mind, body, heart, and soul to the best of your ability. Do not subject your spirit to abuse. It creates a ripple effect and damages multi areas of your life.

5. Feel the pain first then enjoy the pleasure. You will not trick the universe. You must go through the path to get to the other side.

6. Heal accordingly to however long it takes you to heal. Acknowledge and accept the need to heal. Began ongoing healing process. Do not rush healing, it will backfire.

7. Choose love over everything else

8. Be aware of your own triggers and you’ll have more control of your life.

9. Become slow to anger & have patience.

10. Communicate for understanding not for responding. Listen, understand, and actively respond.

Welcome to the Journey to Peace!

10 ways to be Unbothered

Often times we sit back and not know how to just relax. We let our atmospheres take hold of us and soak up all our energy. The negative atmosphere soaks up all the good energy. You can still be good energy in a negative atmosphere if you choose to be. You are in control. Never let others affect you. That’s the same as a beautiful rose choosing not to bloom because it is surrounded by weeds that constantly put it down and try to overshadow it. Little do they know. That flower about to grow into a rose bush. Imagine if the flower had decided not to bloom because it was letting the negative weeds soak up all its good energy. Energy is neither created nor destroyed, it is transferred.

How to be unbothered

1. Try not to let the thoughts of other people affect your actions.

2. What they think or say has nothing to do with you.

3. Don’t take it personal when it’s for everyone in general. You are not general population, you are a unicorn.

4. Look the other way

5. It’s your business, conduct it however you want to because it has nothing to do with them and what they want you to do.

6. Just be you

7. Enjoy life

8. Live in the present moment

9. Take care of yourself spiritually, mentally, emotionally, intellectually, & sexually

10. Do it all over again.

Love is my religion

If you don’t believe in anything else please always believe in love. Here’s why:

-Love is the way to heal the world.

-With love comes healing.

-With healing comes peace.

-With peace comes freedom.

-Practice the Religion of Love

Love is the only true consistency that we have in this world. It can be expressed in many different ways. Love does not change. People do. Never let anyone steal your will to love. Love brings us the greatest freedom. Love.

Avoiding & Neutralizing

What is this social media and games for anyway? From Instagram to Facebook, twitter, all the way back to the infamous MySpace. MySpace started all of this mayhem. Now people won’t even look up at each other to share a conversation because they are too busy trying to Snapchat their food. Stuck on their electronic devices disconnected from earth.

This neglect does not go unnoticed since the people are being punished with electromagnetic field radiation (EMF) from the very devices they ignore the earth for. The earth wants our attention and the people that ignore it are getting sick from the radiation emitting from the phone, WiFi routers, etc.

Unless one is woke enough to protect themselves, we are all at risk. Googling the harmful effects of EMF as we continue to ingest technology because we surely cannot get enough of it from social media to games played for long periods of time.

-DNA changes

The list goes on…

The ex (earth) wants to love you and the current (technology devices) is deceiving you. Choose to love the Earth.

Fighting EMF by avoiding & neutralizing

1. Crystals neutralize ions (crystals)

2. Himalayan pink salt lamp

3. Unplug household items not in use

4. Buy a sticker shield for devices

5. Use a headset for the cell phone

6. Ground yourself (barefoot in grass)

What a disaster that something that was supposed to help has become.

Getting Wiggy

You may think that wigs cost a ton of money but if you buying them with thought, they don’t. I just bought 5 wigs for under $200 but it took me 20 minutes to decide! 1 wig usually costs $300 or more by itself. You can achieve the same look the celebrities have for less. I buy both human and synthetic hair wigs from everyday beauty supply and hair stores. A reasonable price for me is $50-60 for human hair wigs. For synthetic wigs, $25-40 is the general price range. I love color so factor that into your decision making as well if you love color like me. Also, most places will give you 10% off the wig if you buy it off the mannequin head. Keep all of this in mind while you are shopping.

First things first PATTERNS!

-loose wave

-Tight curl

-Lose curl

-kinky curly

-kinky straight

And so many more types.

1. Choose a hair pattern

2. Decide type of lace and feel throughout wigs for lace comfort. You’re looking for something soft and light in weight. Something that will fit your head comfortably.

3. Run your fingers through the hair to make sure it doesn’t tangle and or shed a lot. You want minimal shedding and little to no tangling.

4. Pluck the “part” of the wig to make it appear more natural. If it is s full lace frontal then you want to trim and pluck the edges as well to create a natural appearing hairline.

5. When you take your wig off, store it in a safe place. I take care of my wigs and some are years old. I apply mousse to refresh the curls and sometimes oil sheen. I don’t apply any other products because they create buildup. Take care of your wigs and they will last a long time.

6. Take care of your hair and nurture it beneath the wig as well. Wigs are protective styles. Natural hair vs wigs.

This is all it takes to not spend an arm and a leg on wigs. Spread the love and happy wig shopping to you!

Nitty Gritty air travel

I challenge you to examine your numerology number!!

Anyway so I want to talk about travel today and how to travel as easily as possible. No need to book a travel agent when all of the information is readily available to you!

-We can start with buying a flight.

-Download Hopper app

-Select dates

-Monitor flight

-Buy flight

First thing I do is figure what month I want to travel. I use the app hopper to help me decide on specific dates because it gives a price overview breakdown of month and day. You decide which dates and then you select watch and hopper will notify when the price of tickets drop so that you can buy them. Hopper notified me at 8am a few months ago that my hawaii to ga flight had dropped to $300! I woke up and bought that flight so fast I think it’s the fastest I’ve ever woke up and gotten up. I use hopper to decide what airline to purchase tickets from and when. I generally stay away from holidays and big events bc Airlines increase their prices. I have found that American Airlines always have great hawaii deals well for me, their flights have been the cheapest. Now that we have bought a ticket, let’s discuss how to save money on extra flight & hotel expenses.

-Save money & Time and do CARRY-On

-Pack light

-Check-in online & straight to TSA

-no baggage claim waits or lost baggage or air b&b

CARRY-on only if you can help it instead of checking bags. I have a fear of losing my bags so I always do carry-on plus small personal item when I’m vacationing. Small duffle and a backpack for me.

The weather of the trip determines how I pack. If it is a warm trip to somewhere tropical then I pack about 3 sundresses, 4 swimsuits, 2 pair of shorts, pj’s, light coat/cardigan, flip flops. Travel size toiletries. I pack enough to leave room for my souvenirs. In Thailand, I ended up buying a new bag as a souvenir smh. If it is a cold trip then I pack 2-3 pair of jeans, 4 long sleeve shirts, 1-2 short sleeves, pair of sneakers, and cute heels. Everything fits into a duffle. I put my snacks and electronics in my backpack. Realistically, I have 3 personal items but I consolidate them into 1 bc the other 2 bags fit into my backpack. Boom no checked bag fees! Now what can we do after we arrive to our destination.

-Plan your days

-YouTube & google

-Facebook travel pages/groups

My vacation length is what determines the planning for it. I only spent 4 days in Thailand so I googled and YouTubed to figure out exactly what I wanted to do since I only had a short time there. I decided on creating a 4 day itinerary myself that included specific bars and activities that we would attend. I chose rollerball zorbing and tiger kingdom for my group. We hit patong beach and Bangla road and truly lived spontaneously! Must Took Took!

-Use dating apps to mingle with locals in close proximity to figure out specific day activities.

Our restaurants and bites to eat were all of spontaneous adventure and so were our amazing Thai massages $20 for an hour so I tipped $20. On the other hand if my trip is a week or 2 then I sort of play it all by ear and that is when I have the most amazing time! I spent a week in Jamaica and we just chose something at the desk to do as the days progressed. Each day was a new adventure with our favorite tour guide. Find a local tour guide you vibe with and you’ll be contributing to a family instead of a business.

Puerto Rico was extremely spontaneous! I actually used the dating app “plenty of fish” to get a consensus from the locals of where to go for fun not dating just fun. My consensus included popular tourist club Brava and popular local hangout La Placita! La Placita was my favorite part of Puerto Rico! I love to delve in to the culture of where I am. In Puerto Rico the party starts on thurs and ends on Sunday! We rented a car and had a blast. Next time I go I’m staying in San Juan off the strip and will not rent a car.

There are certain places you’ll go that will require a lot more planning to get the best bang for your buck so research the places ahead of time using google, YouTube, and Facebook travel groups like girls love travel! There are a variety of different groups that have a lot to offer a new traveler. Open your mind and explore all of your options. Talk to friends you see traveling frequently bc they may also have great tips for travel. I made the mistake of not planning for a Paris Friday night out. My friend and I ended up just walking the street mingling because even the locals were asking us what to do. Oh and you had to be on the list to get in and if you were not then you had to buy a bottle. Um $400. Nope we are good and we will walk the streets and mingle. Make sure you plan your Friday night in Paris!

With all of that said, Pack light, plan your day, enjoy every moment. Get the money you put into your trip right back out of your trip! Traveling is living.

My travel is all about healing and truly part of my Journey to Peace! The world is so big and each place I visit will always hold a special place in my heart. I encourage you to book a flight to the first place that comes to your mind. Thailand and Bali are currently on my mind. Time to book the flights and gain even more travel insight into more travel knowledge. The more you know!

Tribute to Time

Tribute to Time.

Time, without you I would not know how to live in every moment. Without you I would not understand the past. As you go on, I get wiser and wiser. Without you, I would likely take so much of life for granted. Time, I truly appreciate you even though you were not on my list of tributes initially, I mean somehow I forgot about you. How ironic right? I forgot about you. I want to apologize because sometimes I forget that you will not always be there. Everyone calls you father but I know that you’re like a mother because you tell us to take care that you are precious and that you’re not to be played with. Time, you are our keeper and it’s hard to believe that so many people lose track of you. You are here to help us and guide us through life. It is through you that we learn lessons and are reminded later the reason why we had to learn those lessons to be where we are. Time, I must say that the future nor the past is more important than how much you are right now in this moment. Thank you Time for allowing me to see you for who you are and showing me that life goes on. The world revolves simply around you and so does the entire universe so you must be true. If we could all focus more on you and not procrastinate then maybe people wouldn’t have so many regrets if they just took life a little slower with you instead of rushing things through and not remembering all the memories with you. Time, I want you to know that you are beautiful and people should pay more attention to you. You are truly the essence of us all. Oh my, how you fly by #peachyquote

Fruit of the Living

Don’t be afraid to live. What’s the worst that can happen. Here’s to zip-lining in the pouring rain then escaping flooding roads with a 2 hr trip around the island of Oahu.

Good news! Got the tires today without any complications so all 4 pillars of my being are ready to rock and roll yall! Let’s go!

So many people talk about dying and going to Heaven. What it takes to get to Heaven. Or they talk about what animal they want to be in a reincarnation or that’s what they believe in. I’d rather not focus on any of that. We are all spiritual beings in an Earth Suit that were put here on Earth to get it right. You only live once is so many people motto so they try to live like they are dying tomorrow. I say put the spin on that and live like you are living forever. What’s this red team versus the blue team and if we can speak our life into existence then why aren’t people not speaking beauty, freedom, peace, and love into existence?

Do they not know how beautiful these abstract things feel? I am so worried about the world that we live in. People need so much healing as I’m sitting here researching professional cuddling laughing out loud. I truly just want to heal the world one broken soul at a time. I think in order to do that we need to be open and honest with ourselves to make sure we aren’t just spreading brokenness disguised in a help form. Talking to my amazing stylist, she said I love that everyone wants to be a spiritual advisor and give advice but what if they are not living what they preach. What if they don’t have any temperance nor control over their emotions but here they are trying to give advice to someone as if their way is the right way. My thoughts are that if they do not have temperance then they cannot welcome other emotions that are not like their own and they will only be able to meet people at their own level. Nothing more nothing less. So my take is when you have a negative person giving you advice on your life and spiritually advising through their broken spirit then they are spreading negativity and brokenness. This is sad but it happens all of the time and I see it. Partly because misery loves company so you have to be careful with venting because some people take pleasure in pain. Some people get a rush from your misery. You have allowed some people to feel better at the expense of your prolonged emotional pain. I’m not saying don’t vent, I’m only saying be careful of the spirit that you vent to because just because it shines bright from the outside does not mean that it is shining bright on the inside.

I will tell you that most people that vent to me, I leave them better than I found them. I do not leave them to dwell on their pain or encourage them to live painful lives, I help them to release it in multiple ways and I help them to live their lives the way that they want to or the life they aspire. I do not leave them only to their sadness, I tell them that they need to completely feel every emotion regarding the pain in order to face the pain, deal with the pain, and heal from the pain in their own time because this is their journey to peace. Some people give up completely just because they were hurt. They are afraid to be hurt again. I’m sorry, did you die? Nope, you’re still here. Heal yourself from inside out and continue on with your life. Whoever hurt you does not deserve the satisfaction of gifting you with a life full of pain and grudge held blessing barrier. That’s right, grudges block your blessings. Forgive them and let go of everything that was holding you where you were because you are no longer there.

I have forgiven so many people in my life including the people that did not even know that they hurt me. I forgive others so that I can have peace. My forgiveness counts to me whether they know I forgave them or not. Sometimes they don’t even know they hurt me and it is not my job to tell them, although sometimes I do because I believe that there is a lesson in everything. However, we are too old to be telling grown people what they did wrong to get dismissed from our lives. I don’t hate anyone but I do love people from a distance. Everyone is not a friend. So don’t call or make everyone a friend. Some people are just associates, acquaintances, and temporary friends. Do not try to keep people that were never meant to stay because they will bring you great pain if they do not want to be there. This does not mean that people that are experiencing a phase in life that requires their personal time and attention deserve to be left behind or forgotten. Do not forget them because you could be forgetting or leaving behind something very special. I am simply saying let them be what they are to you, who they show you that they are, and that is your answer to the puzzle. People that want to stay will talk and behave like they want to stay and people that want to go will SIMPLY go SO JUST LET THEM. I have learned a valuable lesson in all of those titles and all of the puzzle pieces fit perfectly. I thank all of those people for their lessons. Nobody teaches us the true keys in life. I don’t know everything but I do have a few ideas so I’ll share them with you.

I believe that we are meant to live free first and foremost. Do not let other people attempt to control your life just so they can say they helped you with their low vibrational skills. Unfortunately, most people are not at the spiritual level to understand situations from multiple perspectives. They can only see things as deeply as they have seen and or met themselves so they meeting you on their level. What if you are spiritually above their level then whatever they have to say or encourage does not coincide with your life. It is not your responsibility to take advice from others. In fact, that’s one of the worst low vibrational things that you could ever do. Others are influenced by society. Please live your life for you. That means if you want to mess up and it is not going to kill you then go mess up laughing out loud. It’s your life to live how you want to live it.

The deeper picture is that we have to go through whatever we need to go through for ourselves to get our lesson out of it. However, people sometimes waste too much time focusing on their past feelings and worrying about the future rather than evoking new senses and sensations that have not even been discovered yet within themselves. I feel like we are all bigger than what we think that we have been given.  It is up to us to unleash our true power and prove to ourselves that we are bigger than what we have been given. The resources are right in front of us to do so, we just need to open our eyes and perform at our final form (DragonballZ reference).

Love, happiness, power, courage, but it all comes down to cancelling out the root of all issues. Cancel out the fear of what may happen because of what has happened. Cancel out fear and how you used to feel and consider focus on the current feeling of what you’re feeling right now. Living in the now. It is great to learn from the past but some people get lost and continue to live in it all while watching their whole lives past them by. Fear keeps so many people in their place. Please do not become a prisoner of fear. Live for you and overcome all of your fears. They wake up and say I wish I would have done or had done or had lived life like…

Apparently they thought about all of the wrong things. I can say this is because most people are taught to love and value things. People are always hurting so they end up not being valued. For some reason the concrete things cancel out the people. What is becoming of humanity? The money, cars, clothes, and other concrete things are what is being given the most time rather than the abstract beautiful things like pain and pleasure. Love and Peace. Desire and Disaster. All those memories wasted on a what could’ve been…

You can have all the abstract without having the concrete. It’s all in the mind. You have to work on using your power to condition your eyes to see what it is that you’d want to see. You have to transform the illusion of your life into whatever you want it to be. It’s nice to have everything that I have but I’m convinced that I’d still have all of my abstract things even if I did not have the concrete things. I’d still have my peace, spirituality, my big heart, my love, my energy, faith in God, and my faith in a better world even without clothes, money, cars, and all those other things that don’t really matter. I’d probably be even closer to peace and love ultimately achieving the highest form of my spiritual goals simply by not having all of those things.  All of those things are just distractions and they are not real. They are just a level to complete so we can get out and go on to the next. Will you fail or succeed from working about all of those concrete things that don’t matter. Things you see that you think you want but really want a difference in your life. I was sent here to tell you that they are distractions and the world is so much bigger than what we all believe. Get a taste of everything at your fingertips before it slips away.

In a Facebook post with a new Facebook friend that kind of thinks like me, he said we will live forever. It made me think of an episode of “Black Mirror” and my response was that We can live forever but at some point will we exhaust the will of living. In the episode of “Black Mirror”, they have the option to die and then live forever in a simulation. A lot of those people within the simulation are miserable no matter what year of their life they travel back or forward into through time. Regardless, they are still broken souls because they died broken souls. I came to the conclusion that maybe that is the goal. The goal is to live as beautiful as possible for as long as we can.

What does living beautiful require?

1. A life of PEACE.

2. FALLING IN LOVE with others and with life because you get to experience so much all at once

3. Facing FEAR and having the COURAGE to overpower it and overcome whatever situation has you

4. Connections and INTIMACY. Life itself is intimate and through those connections you feel all life

Please share your thoughts on your top things that living beautiful require or means to you. I love the minds and opinions of others.

Thank you for sharing.

Animal love vs foodie

Love of my life. Her name is Fancy and I’ve had her since 2009.

I have always been an animal lover. When I was 5 years old. Wait let me run that back and talk about these past few days and the battle with Hawaii nature. As you know, I’m always in competition for my breath with the vog (volcanic ash from Kona, Hawaii). Well last week that vog attacked me something serious. I woke up to the left side of my face being bigger than the right side. My entire left side of my face swelled up and I couldn’t even open my mouth. Needless to say, I could barely eat or swallow anything. My lymph nodes were completely swollen. What’s the first thing I do I mean duh what’s the first thing that most of us do? I GOOGLED! So google says to gargle salt water, use a warm compress, and to massage the lymph nodes. MASSAGE THE LYMPH NODES! I made a salt water bottle and warm compress right away….nothing. I got to work and youtubed to end up finding a great video on massaging the lymph nodes for lymphatic relief. Maybe I did something wrong or maybe the vog just wasn’t having it because a day later I flared up even more and woke up in pain. I decided not to go to work that night and went to the hospital instead. At the hospital, I got a refill on my inhaler, flonase, some allegra, and some steroids to ease the swelling. Add that to my Zyrtec and Cingular as well. Wayyyyy to much medicine for my comfort so at this point it’s either my health or Hawaii. It’s time to go. The hospital visit did some good and the pain has finally subsided or it could be that there was not any vog today.

You’d think that I spent the weekend miserable and grumpy, but I didn’t. I used the time to meditate and find peace in a very difficult decision that my heart has been looming on for a while. I feel at peace with my decision after talking to God for a few days about it. I lit my candles, did some homework, and read my current book “Lust for Life” by Sylvester McNutt III. I also made a few other decisions like continuing not drinking alcohol socially but only on true organic special occasions like my Grandmother’s birthday Party. It’s a celebration in itself. 2018 is the year of all types of health above all things. Mental health and clarity. If alcohol is not clouding my judgement, I should make some pretty sound decisions. So far my clarity has been on point. Thinking crystal clearly is so rewarding I mean I wrote out an entire business plan in 10 minutes laughing out loud. But life happens right.

Why is it that we know when something is wrong but we still wait to take care of it shaking my head? I had a slow leak in one of my tires but the tire place said I needed 4 tires so I decided to wait for whatever reason. Everyday I’m putting air in this one tire, trying to fix it up to hit the road for a few minutes. Then I find myself putting air in it on the way in to work and on the way from work. Something has got to give right. Finally I’m forced to give laughing out loud. I wake up after 2 days of not driving my car and the tire is completely flat so I have no choice but to call AAA to change it. They arrive, and my spare is not in the trunk because when it was last changed, they did not put it back. Priorities and first things first. So my choices come down to getting my car towed and missing my hair appointment or…yes I’ll think about it today and take action tomorrow. Often times, we move too quickly on our thoughts instead of sitting on them to think about the best move to make. With me, it’s literally peace over everything. I put peace before it all. First things first, HAIR. This would relieve all of my stress from the week including Monday and bring me so much PEACE. I ubered to my hair appointment and caught a ride to work with a coworker that lived near me. I usually think pretty quickly but I sit on my thoughts for a while to really meditate and think about my final decision. After careful thought, I have come to the conclusion that I will get the 4 tires tomorrow. It is best to repair all 4 pillars than just take care of one. If one is off then the entire structure is off. Mental, Spiritual, Physical, and Emotional health. Above all, we must take care of those in order to be the absolute best version of ourselves.

My physical health is my next goal to work on. So back to what I was saying in the beginning, I have always loved animals. I had a pig named Wilbur, a cat named Iguana because of her color pattern, a dog named Teddy, 2 dogs named Blackie and Brownie for obvious reasons, a parrot named Pauley, and a rabbit I won at the county fair named Sarah. At 5 years old, I was given Wilbur to take care of so that he’d grow big and strong. They picked Wilbur up one day and I did not see him again for a while. Sitting at the table eating some meat and grits for breakfast with my mom one day, I asked her what the meat was and she said oh that’s Wilbur. Talk about traumatizing shaking my head. Iguana, whom I was terribly allergic too, died from ingesting a moth ball at the new house we’d moved to. My mom bought Pauley to replace her. Pauley danced to music whenever I played any songs on the radio. He enjoyed eating the cardboard at the bottom of his cage and one day I came home from school to find him legs up, dead. My mom said probably constipated from eating the cardboard was the cause of his death. Sarah was beautiful and gray like my new purse I just bought in her honor. My greatgrandmother took the liberty of deciding to make rabbit stew one day so no more Sarah. I came home from school to feed her one day and there was a big hole in her cage, of course she was missing. With all of my love for animals, you’d think that I’d be a vegetarian already.

This has been a tough decision for me but with all of the new health advancements and variety of meat replacements, I do think that it is possible now. Living in Hawaii has definitely helped to ease me into more fruits and vegetables. About 2 years ago, I did try a raw diet challenge, and I loved the change in my physical body and energy. This reason alone has made me consider healthier choices for some time now. Little by little, I cut out processed foods and stuck to the outer sections of the grocery store like produce. I lowered my carbohydrates and my sugars. Health is literally a lifestyle for me and working on my physical health, I’ve decided I need to kick it up an even further knotch. I have been researching Vegan meals and Vegan lifestyles. This is not “what the health reaction” or a “Beyonce said go Vegan for Coachella reaction”. This is something that I have been slowly transitioning into without even knowing it. My biggest challenge will be Korean Bbq and Seafood. Those are my 2 favorite things to eat. This is not a “drop everything and be Vegan move for me”. Long before What the health, I watched a documentary on how the government poisons us so they can make money. This was back in 2013, I learned that they only see us to treat us and not to cure us. My fix was just to eat whatever I wanted but in moderation. 5 years later, what the health comes out and people lose their minds laughing out loud. All of the information on just about anything has always been right at our fingertips so I really did not understand the big hoopla about it all. I think reality has to smack people in the face sometimes before they believe it like going in the bathroom at work to discover someone removed my angel soft toilet tissue shaking my head. Angel soft toilet tissue is healthier for me than that rough and cheap company bulk toilet tissue.

There are so many things healthier for me and I can make better choices when it comes to food. What I put into my body is my decision. I’ve made a conscious decision to stick to a healthy and meal planned grocery list as soon as I return back from mainland. After researching Vegan pages, I am excited to try out so many different types of food combinations. Looking at vegan bodies, I am also excited to watch my body take on the form that it was playing with about 2 years ago during that 2 week raw diet challenge. This is the beginning of something beautiful. I am starting with the food first and then incorporating a lot more exercise since the chiropractor is currently working. Must get all 4 tires of myself up and running the right way so that I can generate my best performance at optimum health. Coachella here I come oh and Korean bath house too. Now I’m wondering like my mind cannot stop wondering what a true healthy diet is going to do for my mind and body. Transforming myself from inside out has become my next goal. I’m not trying to be perfect but I am trying to be better through taking care of my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. More kale, more smoothies. The time is now to add the Spirit to the Soul.
